NovaTech — Returns & Cancellation Policy ========================================= 1. Free Trial Cancellation You can cancel your free trial at any time with no charge. Simply go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Trial. No reason required, and your data will be preserved for 30 days in case you change your mind. 2. Monthly Plan Cancellation Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel: - Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. - You will not be charged for the next month. - All your data (projects, tasks, files) is preserved for 30 days after cancellation. - After 30 days, your workspace and all associated data are permanently deleted. 3. Annual Plan Cancellation Annual subscriptions can be cancelled with a prorated refund for unused months: - If you cancel within the first 30 days, you receive a full refund. - After 30 days, your refund is calculated as: (remaining full months ÷ 12) × annual price. - Partial months are not refunded. - To request an annual plan refund, email billing@novatech.io with your workspace ID. 4. Refund Processing All refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take an additional 1-3 business days to appear on your statement. 5. Downgrading Plans You can downgrade from Enterprise to Professional, or from Professional to Starter, at any time: - The downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. - Features exclusive to your current plan will become unavailable after the downgrade. - Your data is never deleted during a downgrade, but storage limits of the new plan apply. If you exceed the new plan's storage limit, you will need to remove files before the downgrade activates. 6. Account Deletion To permanently delete your account and all associated data, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This action is irreversible. We recommend exporting your data first (Settings → Data → Export). 7. Dispute Resolution If you believe you were incorrectly charged, contact billing@novatech.io within 60 days of the charge. Include your workspace ID, the charge amount, and the date. We respond to all billing disputes within 2 business days. 8. Enterprise Contract Terms Enterprise customers on custom contracts should refer to their Master Service Agreement (MSA) for cancellation and refund terms. Standard policies above do not apply to custom enterprise agreements.
